  1. Mix all ingredients for tomatoes together in a bowl. Spread mixture onto a parchment-lined pan and bake at 235F for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes so they cook evenly.
  2. Add all bread ingredients to mixer with dough attachment. Mix on low until dough comes together, then knead on medium speed for 5 minutes.
  3. On counter, knead tomatoes into dough. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover; let rise until doubled in size (about 45 minutes).
  4. Shape dough into loaf and put in greased loaf pan. Let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  5. Bake at 350F for 30–35 minutes or until browned.
