  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 c. Powdered Sugar (sifted)
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp. heavy cream

  1. Whip butter and cream cheese in electric mixer until combined, scraping bowl often.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix on low speed until powdered sugar is incorporated.
  3. Whip on medium high speed about 30 seconds, or until fluffy and smooth.

Yield: 2 1/2 to 3 cups
