A sweet and tangy twist on traditional cornbread!

  • 1 c. Cranberries - Freeze Dried
  • 1/4 c. Cane Sugar
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 3 2/3 c. Golden Cornbread Mix (1 pantry can)

  1. Pulse cranberries in a food processor until in pea-sized pieces .
  2. Mix cranberries with sugar, orange juice, and ⅓ cup water. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Add remaining water and cornbread mix and stir until smooth.
  4. Bake in a greased 9x9 pan at 375⁰F for 25–35 minutes.
