  • 3/4 c. 10 Grain Pancake Mix
  • 1/3 c. Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Nonfat Powdered Milk
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. Whole Egg Powder
  • 1/3 c. water


  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Quick Oats
  • 1/4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  1. Combine all filling ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pour into a greased 9x9 dish. For cake, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined. Spread batter on top of filling.
  3. For streusel, cut butter into remaining dry ingredients and mix until combined. Sprinkle streusel on top of cake batter.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 18–22 minutes or until lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean.
