This is a quick fix for any weeknight dinner.

  1. Cook noodles in salted water; set aside.
  2. Combine reconstituted celery, onions, peppers, chicken, and olive oil in a hot pan and saute.
  3. Add in salt, mayo, milk, veloute, and Chef's Choice. Remove heat and pour into a baking dish.
  4. Top with cheese and cook at 350F for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
