  • 1 1/2 c. water, warm
  • 1 pkg. Instant Dry Yeast (2 1/4 tsp.)
  • 3 tbsp. Cane Sugar
  • 4 1/2 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 3 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. THRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - Freeze DriedTHRIVE Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - Freeze Dried (rehydrated)
  • 1 tsp. granulated garlic

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing bowl with a dough attachment. Mix together until gluten forms (about 5 minutes).
  2. Place dough in a sprayed bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
  3. Once risen, roll out dough into a cookie sheet.
  4. Spread melted butter and granulated garlic over dough and sprinkle cheese on top. Let rise until double in size again.
  5. Bake at 375F for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Yield: 16 breadsticks
