  • 1 c. cilantro cream (see recipe)
  • 1 pkg. Chili Lime Chicken Rice - side
  • 24 tortilla chips
  • 1/2 c. THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried THRIVE Red Bell Peppers - Freeze Dried ground into powder
  • 12 sprigs cilantro, held in ice water to keep crisp

  1. Make Cilantro Cream recipe and refrigerate.
  2. Cook THRIVE Express as package directs (rice will hold for up to 20 minutes).
  3. Place chips on a platter and place 1 large tablespoon of rice on each chip. Drizzle with cilantro cream, dust with pepper powder, and place a leaf of cilantro on top of each in the middle of the rice.
