  • 2 c. warm water
  • 2 pkg. Instant Dry Yeast
  • 1 c. THRIVE Honey CrystalsTHRIVE Honey Crystals + 1/3 c. water
  • 4 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 5 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp. Iodized Salt
  • 3 c. Whole Wheat Flour

  1. Reconstitute honey crystals with water by microwaving for 30 seconds and stirring until dissolved.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Knead dough in a mixer with a dough attachment until gluten forms and dough is stretchy.
  4. Place dough in two greased loaf pans and cover with a loose towel. Let rise until doubled.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30–35 minutes. Brush remaining butter on tops of cooked loaves.
