  • 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. THRIVE Instant Brown RiceTHRIVE Instant Brown Rice (ground into flour)
  • 2 c. tapioca starch
  • 2 c. Cane Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
  • 3 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. xanthum gum
  • 6 tbsp. THRIVE Instant MilkTHRIVE Instant Milk + 2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. Whole Egg Powder + 1/2 c. water
  • 8 tbsp. butter, melted

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9x13 cake pan and set aside.
  2. In a medium-size mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Once mixed, pour in the wet ingredients and beat with a mixer until smooth, being careful not to over mix.
  3. Pour into prepared cake pan and smooth out with wet fingers. Bake in preheated oven until firm (about 15–20 minutes).
