  • 1/2 c. White Flour (All Purpose Unbleached Flour)
  • 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Quick Oats
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

  1. In a 2-quart saucepan, combine all filling ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer mixture until it thickens slightly and becomes a syrupy consistency (about 6–8 minutes).
  2. Prepare streusel topping by combining all ingredients in a bowl and cutting together with a dough cutter or heavy duty wire whisk.
  3. Place apple filling in an 8x8 greased baking pan and top with the streusel topping mixture.
  4. Bake at 400F until golden brown and juices are bubbly (about 15–20 minutes).

Serving Idea: Great with vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream.
