Sweet and sour pork drizzled over fluffy rice!

  1. Bring water and chefs choice to a simmer and add in rice. Cover with lid and turn to low. Cook for 6 minutes, or until water is gone and rice is tender.
  2. In a medium skillet, saute the butter and garlic together until lightlly brown, add pork, chefs choice, onion slices, red bell peppers, espagnole, green chilies, green beans, and 1 1/2 cups of water to the pan and bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients (except for steamed rice ingredients), allow to simmer for an additional 5-6 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  4. Place rice in a bowl and top with the sauce.

Yield: 3 1/2 cups sweet and sour
