Potato Gnocchi with Chicken Bolognese

An Italian family favorite thrivalized with a meat bolognese sauce!

  1. Add all dry ingredients together in a bowl and add in water. Mix until it is dough.
  2. Roll gnocchi dough into snake like ropes. It should be about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut gnocchi into 1 inch pieces.
  4. Let dry for about 20 minutes.
  5. Boil Gnocchi for about a minute and thirty seconds after they float.


  1. Saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Deglaze pan with water.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients, except tomato sauce, olives, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Simmer for about 3 minutes, or until items are all reconstituted
  4. Add in sauce mix, olives, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until combined.
  5. Add in cooked gnocchi and enjoy. If sauce gets too thick, add in some of the leftover gnocchi water to thin out sauce.
