  1. Reconstitute cheese with 3 tablespoons water and set aside for at least 30 minutes, best to do the day before.
  2. Brown bacon in small saute pan and drain grease, set aside.
  3. Combine all vegetables and sausage in a small 2 cup container. Add 3/4 cup water to refresh and allow it to sit 5 minutes.
  4. Combine eggs and 1 1/2 cups water together in a quart container and shake well to refresh.
  5. Divide all items into 4 when cooking or make one big Thrive Love!
  6. In an omelet pan, add 1/4 of the garlic with about a teaspoon of oil. Add 1/4 of the sausage and vegetable mixture and saute. Add in the egg and continue to cook scraping sides and pulling into center with a rubber spatula. Flip the omelet over when set, pull from heat, add 1/4 of the cheese to one side of the omelet and allow cheese to melt.
  7. Fold onto plate and repeat process for the other 3 omelets.
