  1. Brown the bacon in a skillet until brown, drain half the fat.
  2. Add in garlic and onions to the bacon and grease, sweat until lightly brown, stirring constantly.
  3. Add in kale and deglaze with the water. Allow to cook until water is absorbed.
  4. Sprinkle in seasoning and Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
