  1. Begin by browning the bacon in saute pan. Drain off 1/2 fat. Add onions, mushrooms and, garlic.
  2. Saute until golden brown. Deglaze pan with red wine. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until thick.
