This tangy fruit slaw is delicious as a side or on top of burgers. Try it on our Teriyaki Beef Sliders recipe!

  1. Lightly crush dry pineapple to break into pieces and rehydrate according to prep instructions.
  2. Shred cabbage and carrots and mix into pineapple.
  3. Combine yogurt, vinegar, sugar, and water in blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Combine yogurt mixture with cabbage mixture and remaining ingredients and allow to rest 5 minutes before serving.
