Honey White Dinner Rolls

  1. In a large mixing bowl fitted with a dough hook, mix together the yeast, water, and honey crystals. Allow to get bubbly.
  2. Once bubbly add in the flour, salt, melted butter, eggs, and milk powder. Let mix on low speed until dough comes together. Once dough is together, put on speed 2 and let knead for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Put into a bowl and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled.
  4. Once doubled, cut and shape into 2-ounce rolls.
  5. Let rise until doubled again and then bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
